When users open the app, they're instantly greeted with a clean and intuitive homepage showcasing all available services, organised into easy-to-scroll categories. From salon treatments to home repairs, users can quickly browse and select the services they need.

Once a user picks their desired service and confirms the booking, it automatically appears in the Appointments section of the app. There, they can view their upcoming bookings through a smart calendar view, which can be filtered by Daily, Weekly, or Monthly formats — giving users full control and visibility over their schedule.

As soon as a service provider accepts the booking, the user receives an instant notification, ensuring they're always in the loop. This flow not only simplifies the booking experience but also keeps everything organised and transparent, making it a favourite feature among our users.
